- License Warranty Policy:
- (1.1) Each license has a separate warranty period.
- (1.2) If any license is experiencing a problem during the warranty period, we will check the license, before replacement.
- (1.3) If there is a problem with the license within the warranty period, we will replace it.
- (1.4) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyer’s device.
- Other Service Warranty Policy:
- (2.1) The Warranty period is specified separately for each service.
- (2.2) If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.
- (2.3) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyer’s device.
- Product Delivery Process:
- (3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
- (3.2) It is requested to place the order by providing the correct email address, if the wrong email address is provided, please contact us.
- Process of providing warranty support:
- (4.1) During the warranty period, if the customer faces any problem, the support will be provided (remotely), i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (TeamViewer), (Anyviewer) or (Anydesk).
- (4.2) Please see the details of each product before ordering.
- Payment Policy:
- (5.1) No separate charges will be applicable for bKash Online Payment.
- (5.2) In case of using USD Payment gateway, their prescribed charges will be added which is as per country law.
- Vat & Tax are not included with product price.
